Via Andrew Sullivan, this article in the American Scientist offers a useful guide to the toxicity of various drugs, including alcohol.  Interesting that they seemed unable to establish the threshold for a lethal dosage of marijuana.  And I was surprised that cocaine is less toxic than alcohol.  I can’t imagine this having an effect on drug policy.
