Wow.  I had no idea jellyfish could get so big.  Makes the stings I got during swimming lessons back in Nova Scotia seem sort of trivial.

a pile of dead seahorses

For sale in Singapore's Chinatown yesterday. They're such lovely animals it makes me cringe to see them dead and dried like this. At Project Seahorse there is more information on the global health of seahorses and efforts to protect them.
